I am really surprised when i have my sidekick special code given to me after placing order online, i downloaded the software but could unlock the phone remotely, so i wrote tech support if this website is legit or scam, and they wrote me back and inform me this is legit, so i contacted live person, and chattered with one guy, whose name start with A and end with D, and he really did a good job by giving me a special code, instead of using the software to do the unlock, and surprisingly as soon as i finished entering the code, the fon reboot and came back on without asking me code any more, thanks
