What is hard cable unlock?
Hard cable unlock is when you connect your phone to the computer via USB cable and the hardware on your Sidekick is modified to accept all GSM sim cards world wide.

Is phone unlocking legal?
Phone unlocking is completely legal in most countries, including USA, Canada, England, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, and in most Latin American countries. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure whether phone unlocking is legal in their own country.
Can I receive a refund if the service does not work?
Absolutely. If we are not able to generate your License Key, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
I dont see "Recovering" displayed on my sidekick after I plug it in?
Disconnect and re-connect your sidekick to the computer and wait 15 seconds. If it does not show up, repeat disconnecting and reconnecting a few times to see the "Recovering" on the display.
What should I do if the found new hardware wizard pops up durring the Unlock?
Select "This Time Only" on the "Found New Hardware" wizard screen then select "Install Automaticaly" then click Next untill the wiazrd completes the installation.
Directions for Waiting For Activation Screen.
To bypass the screen, hold down MENU key on your Sidekick and Tap "L" key on the keyboard. This will bypass your "Waiting For Activation" screen.
Will "Over The Air (OTA)" mess up or remove the unlock?
